David, engineer, explained everything from his first site inspection. When completing the work he talked through exactly what would be happing. Very professional although nothing could be done due to the equipment being so old he advised us with the best way to get sky to update us to a new platform which was invaluable to us as pensioners were not tech savvy and best of all no charge or call out fee couldn t recommend them more highly
